Yes, BHG -> Blown Head Gasket - sounds like the likely cause. What does the oil look like?. If you are really lucky, it could be an air bubble ( a big one) but it's more likely the head gasket.

Maybe the radiador is pluged, check water pump, thermostat. If your water looks normal, and your oil looks normal, then don't really have to worrie about blown H/G......yet!!!....I had my 87 turbo do that for a while, and in my case it was the radiador bought it from all Toyota, off hwy 410,and problem fixed, also check if your thermo fan switch is coming on,I hope you find the problem and fix it good luck!!

Buy a new radiator cap. Mine went bad and basically wouldn't keep the system under pressure, which raises the boiling point, and also just let all the fluid out into the overflow tank.
If the thermostat is stuck closed the system cannon flow and the water can get too hot and boil out.
If your radiator is clogged then it wont have full flow and wont cool off the system. Boiling and overflowing will follow.
To check if you have a blown head gasket and exhaust gas is heating up the cooling system too hot, get a block tester and check for exhaust gasses coming out of the radiator cap.
I would start with a new cap. Let us know what happens after you change that.
