6m timing specs.

cld anyone tell me the timing specs for a 6m. i am still having lag time in my jump, as if i am waiting on the turbo to wind up. only problem is i have no turbo. it is like it has a real bad idle bog. anyways thanx

Same as 5m. 10* stock, up to 15* with a good running engine and quality gas.
