They're Rewind, all 3 F20C Celicas are identical.

There are so many that look like this now. Rewinds(as everyone mentioned), Drags(also mentioned), Black Racing 8's, and others that I'm probably forgetting. All of these were based off of the Watanabe RS8 Type A. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Looks like Drag Fast Forwards to me. The spokes are more round compared to the flatter Kong Rewinds.
