mass air flow?

i was told that i could use a mass airflow from a rx-7 of the same year to get a higher flow of air to the intake. i was told that the clips will match up perfectly. has anyone heard of doing this before.

If they used a MAF you will need a signal converter, if it used the same AFM style (flapper door) I seriously doubt that it is larger than a supra one.

Hey have you had any luck on this? If so is the one from the RX any larger? I was looking to do something similar

The Rx7 one is very similar, also has the inverted volt scale like ours, but it is a flap door style and I doubt it will give much more performance. The rx7 community has been trying to overcome that weak link in the intake electronics like we have.

thats the same thing i was thinking but i might as well give it a try ill. keep all of you posted on my findings
