I am ordering new tires tonight!!!! BF Goodrich Radial T/As..... all i could find in the factory size besides some off brand from vulcan tire . com that i've never heard of....$81 each at tirerack. I'm so stoked!! I want to burn these old Ziex's off! They are ALMOST gone...but still not leakin air..hahaha!!!! Anyways....if anyone has a better deal than 400 shipped for 4 new tires...hit me up! otherwise i'm sealing the deal. i know i know... 400 is pretty cheap... anyways..i'm so stoked! now i can get an alignment done correctly and i already have the outer tie rod ends i might just have them throw on at the same time! saweeet!

i love summertime! 30 hours of overtime in a 2 week period....too bad it's not gonna be there all summer..i could really use new suspension and an oil pump. weak ol' basturd...but yeah...no more burnouts after i get the new tires on so i better make the best of these..meh heh heh!!!!

so who makes a tire for the car then cause BFG and Laramie are the only two makes i can find for the factory size.

Screw it....thanks Dennis....I went to tires-easy.com and i'm ordering the Nexen N 2000 tires in 215/60/r14....i realize this will slow me down by 2% at 60mph on the speedo...so i'll be going 58.8 mph....less worry for speeding ticket at speedo 75mph ...lol...anyways....around 225 shipped....4 tires....much better!!! and its an S rating....so up to 130 mph! NIICE!!! once again...thanks for pointing that out to me!

I was going to suggest going with a narrower tire as that's really the best option for the stock wheel. Have you GPS verified how accurate your speedo is? Mine is off by 5mph all around the board.

no i haven't...my boss's magellen is off i think....any vehicle we are in it says we are going 5-10 mph slower than what the speedo's read...cheap 100 dollar gps....worthless!!!

Let me know how you like these. Trying to decide between these and the Cooper Cobra GTs in 235-60-14. Have Michelin Pilots right now but they're dry rotted. Wish I could find two decent used H series tires in a 225 series as I have two Bridgestone HP-41 tires with more than half tread left. Don't think that's going to happen though.

yeah, radial t/a doesnt good fast and wet roads. but i loved 245/60 radial tires. supra with these looks wicked. at sams club wedsites, they have those. hmm

SEE SEE!!! I glued my mouldings back up too!!! hahaha.... JB Qwik! lol....i have to redo one of them tho....but
they ride pretty nice i think..still haven't gotten the chance to GPS verify my speed.


The only thing i dislike is the treadwear of 440...yes it is better than the Falken's 420...but if they only made goodyear assurance tires in our size...their treadwear rating is 720 or 760....somewhere in there. Oh well, i will probably buy an all-season set of tires later on this year...i'm going to try a few different sizes also....see if i can get a 235 in a nice tire..i like wide...but i don't wanna go faster than my speedo says.....anyways...next on the list is an oil pump and i will most likely be contacting Rabid Chimp for that... i HAVE found them cheaper, but not more than 60 USD cheaper....so i will swing his way.

OR, I may put that off awhile longer as it's not a MAJOR issue as of yet, I MAY buy that new clutch....when i read about it and saw the pics it made my tongue hard...lol! so yeah...either way, next part is coming from one of our VENDORS!!!!
