If you mean the leather looking cover. Toyota has these but they are rather costly.
Shift Boot Cover Part #58808-14100-01 $50.12 (black)
I am sure an aftermarket one could be made to fit. But It would help to have the metal ring (actualy square in shape) from the bottom of the OEM cover. Has anyone had any luck making one? HTH

Oh yea, they're still available. I purchased a black one three weeks ago. It came from the Jacksonville DC. They could get the maroon one also. I bought it wholesale through my company (CARQUEST) for $39 + change, so $50 is about right.

coat hanger works good to make the square ring fot the bottom of the boot.

why not just go to a junkyard and get a shitty one?
tear it apart, keep the metal ring, and separate the leather panels at the stitching, lay the panels over a hunk of leather or pleather or whatever, trace and cut, then sew it back together.
even a guy can do this, just dont let the wife/gf/mom see, or youll be fixing your own clothing ;)
im in the process of making a couple of them for my friends car, which uses a similar system, then im going to make one for my car.
depending how much it ends up costing me, ill see who else would be interested. :)
got too many damn projects on the go (lettering thing and this one and a couple others)

I attempted my own shift boot as you can see in the picture below, and my conclusion is, it's harder than I thought, heh
my stitching is all crooked and I didn't come up w/ the material far enough. it took me like 4 hours straight even with my crappy sewing skills and my hands cramped up a lot

Yes, you are sewing together two curves of different lengths at each corner, plus even with the special edge foot on the machine its tough to sew the wire in where the seam won't show. Its harder than it looks, but by far simpler than doing a seat cover. I've made two that turned out quite nice. A half-yard of vinyl is about $8 and is enough you can screw up three times and still have enough to do over again. And yes, men CAN sew. Just give us a Juki industrial double-needle, walking-foot upholstery machine with a 3 hp 220v general-electric.... (insert Tim the Toolman power grunt here)

oh well looks better than tore up leather, and it was only $4.00/yd. of material

one of my neighbors is a seamstres and i bought some black deer skin leather and had a couple ratty boots from the bone yard. she made me 2 shift boots and recovered a consol lid to match. i think i have pics on the pc at home. ill try to post them later.
