to get on to the 2 lane on ramp, i have to do a u-turn (it's legal) and then my lane joins up next to the conintuous turn from the other direction that forms the on ramp.. get it? if not i can try again later. Anywho, i do a drift around the u-turn and some ricer coming up at the same time sees me and flashes me with his brights (i suppose as a challenge or something?) which almost cuases me to crash. I get pissed off and floor the car through 2nd, 3rd, and on and am passing him 90 on the curved on ramp under the bridge and then onto the freeway. It's dark out and I pass him with my brights on and we continue down the freeway. I was going a lot faster than him on the on ramp and am now going about 107-109 and he is now catching up (way back there... he was going like 50 on the on ramp or something). Anyway, he, in his body mod, costumed paint jobbed, after market huge ass spoiler and everything, is only now catching up. Then I see the cop.
I am on this section of the freeway for not very long before I take another off/on ramp to another section and then another off/on ramp to the last section before i get off at home. right now is the first section and i am coming up on my off/on ramp very quickly as I see a cop parked out in the middle of the median, facing our side of the road but his car is going the wrong direction. He sees me and starts to do a u-turn and abotu half way through it the ricer blows by him in the left lane, faster than i am going and right next to him (i was in the far right hand side of a 6 or 7 lane section). Seeing my chance to escape, but simultaneously don't want to get radioed in and just picked up down the road a bit, i flip off my lights (this section is not well lit) and then fly up and out using hte off/on ramp. When I was leaving I could see the ricer actually slowing down and getting pulled over. On the way home I passed 2 more cops, the first one apparently didn't give a shit and the other guy missed me when i made a turn down another street (he "caught" me speeding in the opposite direction, but just as he started his u-turn, i just made a left hand turn then a right and pulled into my garage. i saw him as teh door was closing 15 seconds later driving down the road completely oblivious to me). It was weird, though... because usually the roads are pretty empty that late at night (I had just finished playing poker with my friends at about 1.30-2.00), but the only cars I saw was the ricer and 3 police officers. heh, oh well. I kind of seem to be lucky with police cruisers lately. whenever i see them they are going the opposite direction.. like at school, it's a friggen 25 mph road where some people go 40 and others 60. every single time i get caught unawares by an officer, he's going the opposite direction in a part where he can't make a u-turn. it's entertaining to see him stop, realize he can't do anything, and just keep driving.
