My 1969 Chevrolet truck

This truck, I got from my dad. The day I was born, he parked it, as it was mine from that day forward. I actually have the '69 title. This truck is a 1969 Chevrolet c/10, 2wd short bed. The '69 cab was rusted beyond repair, so it now has a '67 cab. This truck is rust free minus the headers, and floor pan surface rust. Me and my dad started restoring it when I was 7 years old. The only thing it needs is paint, and a rear window. I have the rear window stored in a wooden box, inside my closet. All I need to do is install it. The tailgate I scored at a junkyard off a '72 for $75.00, it was dented, warped, and had minor rust. I took it, for parts if anything. I gave up trying to find another, and decided to fix it. The truck has a 1967 Chevy 283, bored 40 over. White box cam, hedman headers, dual point dizzy, quadrajet 4bbl carb, and a few other nice performance mods. The engine was built by my dad himself, back when he owned it. The only reason I haven't drove it so far, is the cost of gas vs. a supped up v8. Anyway, I'll stfu now. Enjoy.

Eh, it happens. :( I was 16 at the time. Rain. Nuff said. Off the road it shot, the rear drivers side control arm caught a concrete pipe, and bent the frame 2'' when I hit.

Love the old chevy trucks. My 82 is my baby, thats a nice piece. One suggestion, go buy a 650 edelbrock from your local parts house and throw the quadrajunk carb on the floor as a wheel chock. can't wait to see pics when its done.

Sweet! I've been wondering who owned it. I was looking at picking up a '65 a few years ago. It was green in color, had a 350 in it. It was a pretty slick little truck. :)
