im takin the head off the supdaloop using a 10mm alin socket in 1/2in drive breakerbar all is gon well until i get to bolt number 7 in the lossen order i must havnt got all the dirt out of the hole but it started to come loose the the hole rounded out :32::32::32::duh::duh::duh::32: is there any thing i can do to get this blot loose

Buy a cheap allen socket and weld it to the problem bolt. That's one way out.

if you dont wanna weld ive taken a triple square that was slightly too big and hammered it in the bolt to get it out a triple square is the 12 sided spline looking tool that all volkswagens use

you can also take a slightly oversized torx and hammer it in if you don't have a welder.

yeah i figured im just gonna weld a 1/2 drive to the bolt so thank you very much.

i would loe to do arp but i cant afford them i have to save up for new head blots as it is cuz im a broke ass lol

When I broke a clutch bolt, I bought a bolt extractor. Just hammer it into the bolt and turn it left with a vice grip. I's basically a rectangle that goes to a point.

i welded a blot to it and got it out
