Starion wheels look awesome.... are they 16x8?

yes the turbo model starion was 16x8. i think the offset is +20......sucks minorly for our cars. and the obvious problem of the 5 bolts...

Regular package: 16x7 +18 and 16x8 -10
SHP package: 16x8 +18 and 16x9 +0

With right front hubs you will get,
Regular package: 16x7 +10 and 16x8 -10
SHP package: 16x8 +10 and 16x9 +0

Can 16 x 9's fit on a P-Type both front and rear?

Greg, the sizes and offsets are cast on the wheels, just like the MK2 wheels. SHP is an acronym for Special Handling Packaging, available '88-'89 only. As for widths you want to stagger. 16x7 +18 or 16x8 +18 on the front, 16x8 -10 or 16x9 +0 on the rear. Ideally you want to get the SHP set so, 16x8 +18 on the front and 16x9 +0 on the rear. I'll email you with details.

I have everything here to do the swap, including the wheels.

I have all the parts, just no room or time. Decided to keep my '85 SDR stock and want to do it on my '85 Ltype I have stored next to it.

Made a parts list and some instructions here (http://forums.celicasupra.com/showthread.php?p=44544#post44544) for the easiest way to go.

Z32 calipers won't clear Starion wheel spokes unless you use a spacer. Q45 2 piston calipers will clear.

Don't know, he has been AWOL for a while. The pic of his car has 255/50-16 tyres which are too tall, should be using 245/45-16 or 255/45-16.
