We probably have. Yes I am a friend of Mark and Joseph. I went to one of the monthly meetings, a long while back. Thanks! :)

Yes, you three met me at my parents house in Mississauga. After the meet we went to my house and you saw my garage and cars. Your garage looks really nice. Like Joseph's, very large.
Do you have any extra rims or any sources for them?

Of course everyone loves them. I feel like they are the 5 lug and 5 spoke equivalent to our rims.

^Except they made them in the correct size and widths, the only good thing mitsubishi did right on the starquest.

...and offset.
Mark the rear suspension setup on the Starquests looks on paper better than the MK2 rear setup for the simple fact that they are a coil over shock design. Easy to swap out for an adjustable height kit.

Tony$1,000 for rims from Wheel collision, then the 5 lug adaptation, so less than full custom, more than rota, yadda, yadda..

Chris, you have a point. Off topic again, but...
Did a quick search on the web and located all the parts in 5 min. Items can be sourced for less than I found.
Z31 front hubs:$50 pair used
Starquest front hubs:$40 pair used
Q45 front calipers:$40 pair used
Q45 front pads:$30 per set new
MPV front discs:$80 pair new
MS123 rear stubs:$400 pair used shipped
Starquest 16x7 front wheel:$90 pair used
Starquest 16x8 front wheel:$200 pair used
Starquest 16x8 rear wheel:$150 pair used
Starquest 16x9 rear wheel:$250 pair used
It could be completed for less than $1000 total with new seals, bearings, minor rebuild. Added bonus for the swap is larger front brakes.
Instead of Starquest wheels Crown Vic 16x7 +6 wheels could be used at $300 for all four.
It all comes down to how resourceful you are and how cheap you can find the parts.

Good collection of pics - what type of production number were these wheels on?
They look good - but maybe too much trouble than they're worth.

Nah, I've never had mine on Craigslist for sale, with a bad motor. Must have been someone else.

4 hole early 15" starions, phase 1. 225/50-15s on 15x6.5, 4 x 114.3, 67mm hub bore, +18 offset. Over Hub BBK=8mm front spacer, 1.25" spacer in rear. Dug up this old thread to get some opinions on finish/color combos. Currently rattlecanned gunmetal.

I've always thought they would be great wheels for an Ltype. Just too narrow for the Ptype.

I've always thought they would be great wheels for an Ltype. Just too narrow for the Ptype.Well, Ive been looking for some cheap OE wheels in 15" that would work with the 12" bbk Im using. These were cheap, and wider than 15" L-Types. Just need a short term solution until this set of tires wears out, and I upgrade to 17s.
