murderer lose in Spokane?

Just had a news feed while checking my email tell me there was a murderer lose in Spokane. Verizon seems to keep things up to date so i dont know if they have him yet or not. Phillip Arnold Paul escaped during an outing with his mental institution to a fair.

Just a heads up, I know there are a few people here that live in that area.
