can a 88 supra fuel injection system be put on a 82 head or 82 head be put on an 88 block any help thanx

you might want to try searching for this...
but
basically, no, itd be too much trouble to use 88 fuel injection stuff on an older car.

as for the block, i believe you have to use the pistons from the 82 in the 88 block, and then you can use the 82 head, its because the cut outs on the pistons are shaped for the wrong number of valves unless you swap.

Doesnt Vern Star have a 5/7M hybrid. IIRC it was a bear to tune the fuel on it. needed aftermarket fuel control.

Not that I know of... Think he's running a 6m /w cams port/polish and nice exhaust/intake.

Now, there are a few people running 7m blocks under 5m heads/electronics. Pretty much the same thing as the 6m, just beefier!
