Any thought given to the idea of the Vendor Section?
Give each vendor a category for posting information and in my case for restoration parts requests?
I'd be willing to pay a monthly fee towards the website for such a thing.

If vendors are to post here IMO they should pay. Not anyone else.
Again, JMO. I'm not the owner.

In My Opinion give the venders that supply parts for a 20+ year old cars a chance to show what they have and maybe have a section for buyer feed back on the vender. 8) I know I want help trying to find parts to restore my 84. just my 3 cents worth!

I am considering this, since there are just a handful of mk2 vendors. More to follow soon....I do not want the readers to pay for the site anymore.

Mikey...you can add the "Soon to Open: www.raptorracing.com " to the list of interested vendors.

Mike - I can only speak for myself, obviously, but I don't mind kicking in a few $$$/year to keep this site alive. It's worth it.

Christian...you wouldn't believe what a bitch it is for a small Canadian business to open up a $USD Merchant Account. Most them laugh at you when you apply, the rest want an insane deposit. We're still working out some details and hope to be opening for business real soon.
BTW, how's the car coming along...you know I've been dying to see the Braids on your car.

I doubt anyone really thinks of us as a vendor, (neither do we) but LJM certainly intends to continue our financial support of the site.

Sorry to hear that George, I guess they just don't want our money over there :?

So have I! Progress is slow. Couldnt do much this week as my allergies have caused me to have pretty much a constant headache all week. I'll throw up some progress pics after the weekend, as I hope to get quite a lot done.
I'm sure Nix99 would be interested in advertising. They definetley qualify as a mk2 vendor, not to mention the collective knowledge of shawn and myself. lmk
