So I've been searching for parts to complete the swap and found a whole conversion kit. Thing is, it came from an mkiii. Can I complete the swap without too much modification? Its a w58 from a 89 n/a supra.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks :D

i know that for my car (cressida) mkii puts th shifter too far forward, and mkiii is perfect. so shifter position might be an issue.

mk2 supra with mk3 box means shifter will sit further back than desirable!

thanks. but with how hard it is to find an mk2 supra in hawaii, i dont have much choice :(
especially with shipping from the continental us being so high.

if you have or can get a busted mk2 box you only need a few parts off it to make the new box fit perfect !:naughty:

The 82 - 85 Celicas were 4 cylinder, but used the same transmission (minus bellhousing), pedals, clutch hydraulics and lines. You would still need a clutch kit, 5MGE or 7MGE flywheel, and a pilot bearing.
