Heater fan help please

Help please!!!!
My 84 P-type heater fan just stopped working, I have checked the fuse in the passenger side kick panel, I was told that there might be a circuit breaker in there somewhere but have not found it yet. The last time I used the heater it sounded fine and blew plenty of air. Any suggestions?

The breaker is up at the top of the fuse panel on the drivers side. Its round-ish and has a silver top, with a little hole in it to reset it with.

there's that resistor thing that's located on the heater box behind the glove compartment that goes kaput sometimes. (sorry i don't know the actual name of it)
