HELP with my door locks!!!

Ok here we go. My door lock no longer ( well havent bean for some time now) locks the passinjer side door when i lock the driverside door by the flapper (the manual lock on the door.) and i cant lock the pasengerside door with my kee from the driverside door eather. Now heres the strange part every other function works. I can by buton lock unlock and by kee eather door will unlock bouth doors. So could it be that one function of the Door lock control relay went bad?? Or is thair another thing im missing?? I dont get it cuz i can still use the buton just fine. If you can please help.

well, can you still unlock your passenger door with your key by turning twice, because if you can't the little mini switch went bad in your door, and your door lock control relay might be on the fritz....

well he said he couldn't but I think you got it dave, kinda sounds like your main door lock relay is only half working. Unless the wire that carries the signal to the passenger door to lock is severed somewhere. Its entirely possible and likely that the wire on the double unlock all doors switch on the drivers side is broken, so you may have 2 problems here. Get everything locking properly with the interior lock switch first

i can do the kee on driverside to pass but its not on the second tern its the first all the time. I know y this is no big deal its the locking bit thats buggin me. i will just have to try to swapping out the relay. its just weids that all other aspects work but the locking by flapper bit. O well

where is the relay and what does it look like? mine will unlock but not lock with the key or the switch!

the one that usually goes on the fritz is in the DS door, right behind the lock and window panel. Just remove the door skin and you'll see it

if you check in here: http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/library/TSRM_MKII/e/E_020.html, the fourth swich will be trigger if you lock with the flapper.

I guess your trouble is either is the wires of this switch, or the switch itself.
Wire colors: W-B and W-R at the switch.

There's a second one also. It's located under/behind the dash. It's located near and in front of the linkage at the top of the brake pedal (or was it the clutch pedal...been a few months since I was in there) and to the left and above the steering column.

yes there is, but its been my experience that its the one in the door that always goes. Think the vibrations from years of slamming the door does them in
