Lol... ok first of all I would like to thank Bob Shapton for his patience and endless help with my issue.
Save you some time, winking headlights on the down/off position. Problem started after trying to boost it, fried a fusible link. Replaced it in fuse box.
-Replaced combination switch on steering wheel... nothing
-Replaced fender relay... nothing
-Checked conitnuity of fusible link on battery... fine.
-Wires under neath the fuse box looked ok... no burnt/loose/damaged wires

That had me stumped.

Checked blue relay under dash at bobs place, looked fine

I got some relay's off ebay and tried putting them in... one on fender, didn't fix it.

Ripped the crap out of my car tonight replaced blue relay... and................................. They Work now!!!!!! Yeaeh

Strangest thing... old relay looked fine, no burnt inside or nothing. New one solved my problem

Thanks to everyone else who helped me through this issue. Hope that if someone runs into same thing they know where to start.

Oh, thank God, now I can sleep at night. You fixed it.!!!
So, the blue relay under the dash was no good. Used relays that look OK are sometimes not. I will remember that. I wonder if you tested the used relay before installing.

Lol... I can sleep at night too haha
Thanks guys, yup relay looked fine inside, poped in another one good to go

The used one I got off ebay the car it came off of had fully functioning headlights... so relay was good.
But ya don't really know until you get a couple of them and throw them in to see

Relays can be a pain man. My bosses AC clutch and AC fan on his honda odyssey wouldn't turn on, pulled both relays and checked them on my work bench and they clicked just fine, pressure switch checked out, no leaks in the system. Still nothing

Went back and checked the relays again, They did click, BUT when the relay would engage there was still no continuity between the input and output pin, so the circuit had burnt up.

The car had me stumped for a week until I figured that out... :duh:

Good to see they are working again though!

Well check the relay's, fuses (one for each side), but maybe just the motor is finally pooched
Yeah, happy to have them working again... don't have to pop the hood to put them up anymore lol. Turn them off and I put on quite a show for the neighborhood... noisy headlights flapping up and down lol
