I did a lot of research on this bear and it's kind of a urban legend. The bear wasn't quite a world record but it was massive. The way it was shot wasn't quite the truth either. Either way it goes massive bear and one lucky guy.

WOW :shock: that is one big bear. I knew animals were larger in the great white north land, but I did not realize bears could get that big... I have seen deer taken from Canada by friends that have been hunting up there and I have been in amazement about their size.

i showed my mom, she just looks at it likes it nothing and walks away. Saying something about seeing bigger polar bears up north, shit i wouldn't want to meet any mean bear let alone one that big, then other people are like eh, whatever, thats not big.
