Vacation in Boston

The wife and I will be in Boston for the week of May 24th to May 28th.
Other than the historic areas, what's a good place or places to go?
I know Jim King is in the Boston area, but is anyone else there?
Maybe we could hook up for a few beers/sodas and shoot the bull.
