Did anybody else notice this...

I see that the 33K SDR (Rick Pacini car) from NH was won by aty-com. That is the same guy that bought the 3400 mile SDR a few weeks earlier. At first I was like hmmm, this guy is buying all the mint lo-mile mk2's... then I checked his feedback. Apparently he never got the 3400 mile car as that seller slammed him with negative feedback.

Anyone know know the story on this guy, or what happened to either car??? The reserve was not met on the 33K car.

damn Greg, good eye! I cant get over the condition of the cars! That is a steal for what it is! You could not get a typical MKII back to that condition for the same amount of money!
You looking for another "time capsule"?

but did you noticed the ultra low oil pressure? (my 211,000 Miles supra its way up than that at idle, no matter how long its been idle)

and how about the temp gauge? (once again, my car dont get that temp even after 1 hour of rough driving)

as I see the engine is turned on and at idle.

is it normal for a real ultra low mileage MKII ?

if the key is in the on position but the car is off the temp guage will work but the oil pressure guage will show nothing. The oil temp guage is in the same positon as it is on the other car if you look, and the other was completley off when the pic was taken

sure, but take a look on the spedometer and the tachometer, with the engine off they should line up ( like the other car picture) . . .

the tach nedle is up to 900 rpm's aprox. which is good for an auto trans. (at least what my first supra AT had at idle)

this is actually why I think the car is at idle

I could be wrong . . .

My '83 has 60K miles and this looks normal fully warmed up idle to me.

that could just be his OPS going out mines on its way out and reads low then high all the time.
look in the pic of my shift light @ 6000 rpm

AT that angle, the gauges may LOOK higher than they really are. Looks normal to me.

so moving back on-topic, does anyone know what became of these cars?
