Cobra G/Ts?

Anyone use these tires? Are they good/ not good? Has this tire been discussed before? LOL
It's still on Coopers website so I figured it may not be discontinued

yea they have been covered.....they are alright but not very good tires :? IMHO

my cousin bought some for his SDR mk2 and didnt like them very much
they dont grip too well. I took it for a test dive once and I didnt like them much

yeah after I posted I noticed the m + s speed ratings....kinda crappy, but I guess maybe it could be bought as a cheapie full size spare

The Cobra G/T's came on my silver 85 when I bought it in 2000. As Chris Eng said "these are hard as pencil erasers". They squeeled, slid, and were not very good. For low cost, I'd consider the Yokohama Avid S/T ($47 from tirerack) or the Falken 502's (vulcantire). JayB
