RPS sport pressure plate w/ 6puck disc

I dont know what everyone is complaining about. The 6 puck is totally streetable. Sure the pedal feel is a little bit harder but its not as hard as everyone seems to think. Mine feels great and I kinda like the hard feel.

The clutch is rated to about 380lbs of torque but knowing me and where i stand now that power level isnt about to happen anytime soon. Just wanted to share my thoughts about this clutch. Oh and by the way this clutch was for an IS300 with a W58 5spd tranny. It fits if anyone is worried as that is the same tranny the mk2 uses.

I have the same IS300 RPS in mine with a street disk not the six puck. First thing that happened is the fork broke. So far the new fork has not.
Others have had the same thing happen.

hmm my fork is still the same. im hoping that mine wont turn out like that. How do you like that modified oem toyota disc? :lol:

Joe check out horsepowerfreaks.com for how much and for also how much it will hold. IIRC the MAXX pressure plate with street disc was for 480+ apps and the MAXX pressure plate with 6puck was for 550+apps. I got the sport pressure plate with 6 puck rated at 380lbs torque. its all in what you want to go with. The RPS brand has my vote. Excellant clutch
