I was taking some hard corners, and something in the back of my car let go, and now everytime I take off, stop, or turn it makes a loud clunk. I think this is the culprit: http://www.geocities.com/mk2racer
Do I need a whole new swaybar, or can I just replace the rubber part that broke? If so, where can I get one?

Holy rusted suspension BatMan! Those cars on/near the east coast sure have to take abuse! Not sure from that pic but if you're going to have that swaybar apart then it's best to replace it with a Addco.

It looks like you need to replace the shackle end link on the swaybar and get a new set of lower bushings and hardware. Looks to me like the threaded part on the shackle snaped off, probably from all the rust. You should be able to find those parts pretty easily used. You shouldn't need to replace the whole sway bar.

I have everything you need......several sets of them actually including the sway bar if you want. Never threw any of it away when I put the addcos on.

How much would you want for the bar (assuming it comes with all hardware I need)?

What would be the effect of taking the rear sway bar out, aside from the obvious performance decrease. Would that damage anything? Seeing as it isnt connected on one end now, I thought not, but I might as well ask. It makes this lound clunk and it is quite annoying, so removal would be good until I get a new one.
