Just wanna double check something...
1983 Celica GTS requires the same offset and backspacing as a Mk II, right? I think so, but can't remember for certain..

Yes. The only thing different is, the Celica uses a 6.7" rear diff and the Supra uses the 7.5"

I think these are Celica GTS wheels with the center caps missing. Somehow ended up on the 85p shell and fit. Very narrow 175/65/14's. A spare maybe.

I happen to see 2 nice Celica GTS's last night. One convertible. I asked the owner if the P-type wheels are the GTS's regular stock wheels and said they were :? :oops: I didn't know that. I thought its just a common upgrade.
Yeah, the narrow wheels must be junkyard wheels with the same bolt pattern just to keep the car on its feet. The last owner must have sold the P-type wheels or were problably stolen. The fool said they were GTS wheels. Thats why I wanted to check. Not that I even cared about using them. Thanks for the friendly replies.
