Are these the stock injectors? I think I read somewhere that the stock injectors are colorcoded. Trouble is I cant tell if the black layer I pealed off was paint or crud.

Also, the seal kit I got has four parts. I can't figure out what the large O-ring is for? I'd appreciate any help.

Looks like it would fit the distributor. I guess the distibutor is in a straight line with the injectors. Strange. :?

That kind of makes sense. You have to take the dizzy off to remove the fuel rail, or at least it makes it a whole lot easier. And you're supposed to change it's o-ring any time you remove it. The kit of seals for each injector came in its own box as a separate item so I guess it's possible. But who reseals just one injector. :?

That's right. One came with each of the six sepatately boxed single injector seal kits. The pic with the four different rubber parts is what came in each of the six separate boxes. :?

Huh I just got new injector bungs from kp and they didn't have these. Why would you need 6 distrbutor rings? doesn't sound right. I'm sorry where did you get these agoin?

yes the injectors are stock and 182cc/min, but they arent grey. they are beige. you go by the color of the plastic at the top. however it can fade over time and no longer match so look at the part number. ive seen purple topped turbo 2 injectors faded to beige.

Great. I just wanted to be sure that the idiot who had this car before me didn't "upgrade" the injectors to a higher level or something dumb like that. I should have known. He was way to lazy. His MO was strictly killing the car through neglect. :explode:
BTW What's the full color code?

check this link:
Toyota Fuel Injectors (http://www.toysport.com/webpages/Techinfo/References/injectors.htm)
I believe most of this list to be accurate, some minor discrepancies
(the 22RE is listed as 200cc, they should be the same 182cc as ours)

Thanks. :D Any idea about the large o-ring? It's not a distributor ring. Not big enough. I'm guessing the kit is slightly generic (works for a few different injectors) and that they're for some other car. I did notice I done even HAVE a distributor o-ring. I think I'll do something about that tomorrow. 8)

Thats what I was implying I got a set for my 6m swap and they didn't recieve the large rings. Furthermore wh would there be one for each injector. Sorry I whould have been more clear. do you know who made these? It's prob. a generic set.
