I am looking at some Enkei 92s. They are 15X8 with a 0mm offset. The tires are 225/6015. Would these fit on a non lowered l type or would there be any rubbing issues. Thanks.

I think 7" is max width on the front, you might get lucky with 7.5". 8" width should fit the rears.
These are perfect for an Ltype once converted to 5 bolt.

i think you will get rubbing with the 225s up front.
running factory P type wheels on my L, with 225 bfgs i had bad rubbing even before i lowered the car.
the extra few mm of offset may help, but i still think youll rub.
215 series tires should solve the problem :)
