My headlights don't retract but do light up. When I turn the headlight knob left of steering wheel, as would normally do to flip up and down the headlights to the last "click," the following relays would make a "click" noise:
driver kick panel next to a green color relay at lowest point in the kick panel, black relay nearest driver fender at the black fusebox next to battery (only "clicks" when headlights turned on), and silver relay next to the black relay just mentioned (only "clicks" when parking lights turned on).

Another related "clicking" question.

There are 4relays next to the A/C blower motor at passenger side. They mount on a bracket protected by rubber sleeves. In both conditions when I click my A/C button so it lights up and is ON or when turned off and switch the lever to Auto, Low, and Medium, a similar "clicking" noise would come from the location of these 4 relays. It doesn't click when switched to High.
note: air does not blow when switched to Low and Medium when A/C button is turned on or off.

?Question: do the above relays normally make a "click" noise when headlights retract properly by turning the headlight knob? I've never paid much attention to this when the headlights were working properly..? Does this also apply to the 4 relays next to the Blower Motor?
