Help Type L 16" Rims

I am wanting to put 16 rims on my 84 L. I am putting new shocks and struts and replacing the springs with new one not ones that will lower. Motegi on their brochure says that they have wheels that will fit a 82-84 L type. The rim I am looking is the FF6 in 16x7 with 225/50/16's or 16x8 with 245/45/16's. I would like to know if I should use the offset that the 14" rim shows of +27, or use the 15" of +20. If some one knows better with a 16" I would like to know.

Have you purchased your wheels from Motegi yet. If so, what size and offset did you get?
