Headlamp Retract Fuse

Well a couple months back the voltage regulator went out on the alternator and started making my lights popup and retract on their own. I then replaced my Alternator and ever since then the retract motors have not worked at all.

I have looked at all my fuses that I could find and looked through my TSRM on how to fix this but nothing has helped, can anyone clue me in on which fuses or relays are all incorporated into the headlamp retract fuses?

Its one of those fusible links hanging off the positive battery terminal.
