stalling

ok so while im driving, if im at a good speed, maybe only 3rd or 4th gear and put in the clutch in order to break.. its dies. timing is off maybe? what could it be?

could be timing but id say the dash pot is out of adjustment and prolly the isc valve needs taken off and cleaned.
