If you for some reason remember someone's post nearly word-for-word, you can throw it in the search box and it will come up with the thread you're looking for. Otherwise it's kind of a crapshoot, but use it anyway.
This is what you're looking for:

85 light switch...
click all the way up, click all the way down and as they're going down, click up 1.

Yeah, I figured that one out a bit ago but for some reason the driver's side stay up like a 1/2 inch hight then the passenger side. So I never really do it.

If you really really want to do this, and the switch trick isn't working, here's the hard way:
1) look just inboard of the headlights, between the header panel and the rad support. There's a little black thing with a rubber cap on top, that's the headlight motor.
2) It should be pretty easy to find the wires powering the motor and disconnect them (there's a connector, you don't have to cut anything).
3) Take the rubber cap off the top, there's a little red knob underneath. Using this you can manually crank up the headlights to whatever hight you want (and keep them even).
There yout go, sleepy eyes. If the headlight motors are disconnected they won't move when you flip the lights on.
This limits the amount of light the headlights can provide, so don't drive around like this at night. (you might be able to get away with it if you've taken the diffusers out of your foglights, but I'm not sure how much more light that actually provides).
