What is the easiest way to change the Diff Oil without removing the diff from under the car? Actually, What is the easiest way to fill it?

A small hand pump that screws onto the top of the gear oil bottle. It should be near where the gear oil is sold in the store. ~$3

BTW... if you are filling the diff... make sure if it is an LSD or not... LSD uses a special blend not the regular one....

I was talking to Norbie via the PM and he told me to fill my TruTrac Diff with normal fluid... so that is what I am going to do tonight. My Trutrac currently is filled with LSD oil and is starting to whine (hope I haven't done any damage :( )... So I am going to fill it up with normal oil and see how she goes...

well my diff screams at any speed, i do have some gear oil for it, but not in yet, maybe i have some lsd in there too?

Is tru-track an aftermarket diff? Stock is LSD?? My diff is stock and I'm planning to change the oil soon. What should I use?

My diff is pretty loud right now cuz I don't have the back seats in. It seems the seat provides most of the sound insulation. I was planning on putting in some lucas diff stuff along with regular diff oil. Is that a bad idea? :?

When did you get that?Yes Ross, I do have a TruTrac... And I got it late last year thanks to The Chimp Man himself :D

so should i use the lsd blended stuff or not? i dont recall seeing it when i got my oil?

yes, use lsd stuff.
this is in the FAQ section on the main site, also been posted at least a dozen times in the forum.

go to toyota and buy two liters of their fluid, its premixed for lsd diffs, about average cost, and doesnt make any noise in either of my cars.
