Hey All,
I am in a small delema, my Supra just had it's Engine Rebuilt 15,000Kms ago though, I seem to be topping up the radiator full of water all the time, is this normal or is it that I still have air bubbles in the radiator system?
Also the Coolent Resovour was empty :(
Does anyone have any Ideas?

You either have an external leak, or a blown head gasket.

if she is running just fine then you have a leak somewhere. When she is good and hot I would grab a Radiator hose and make sure it has some good pressure if not then you have leak somewhere.
Warning Radiator Hoses could be Hot!!!

Would pressure testing the radiator system do the trick and doing a compression test with the block do it? to see if it is the Radiator or Head Gasket?
Cheers.

Top off the radiator and wait! Look Underneath the car to see if there is a puddle. After you find the puddle look to see where it is leaking from. It could be a hose, It could be the radiator itself. Once you find the problem fix it.

What troubles me is that the Engine Radiator is a year old copper core radiator, hope that my heater core is not dead...
From what I got told... I may have done my 3rd Head Gasket in 2 years  *Now Wish I didn't bump up the compression"

3rd one?. Sounds like the block or head is warped or the surfaces are not flat and smooth.
If all is OK, you might try a MHG.

The thing with my block and head is that I got it shaved so it should be square from the last rebuild...
It's under warranty (hopefully) so I don't know what to do... It's going in tomorrow for the rest of the week to get the head checked out :(
Cheers All...

May I suggest using ARP head studs instead of stock head bolts. The ARP studs for a 7mge will fit your 5mge with a little tweaking and you then torqe the head down to 88 ft/lbs. These studs will not stretch and cause blown/leaking head gaskets like stock bolts do.
For now, if you haven't over heated the engine, and you cant find the leak then re tighten those head bolts. Its normal to recheck a rebuilt head/engine after a few thousand miles because of stretching.

Very common but hidden leak is at the base of the heater hose that goes from the block to the firewall. When old this will split right above the clamp and no coolant will be on the ground as it vaporizes because it slowly sprays out under pressure.

If you cant find the leak anywhere and compression tests out ok but you are still worried about BHG, there is a BHG tester available at NAPA. It'll be called a "block tester" I think. It checks for combusted gas in your cooling system. You have this thing with test fluid in it and a bulb that sticks into your rad filler, you suck up the gases and some coolant and if the fluid changes to yellow there are combusted gases present. It is expensive, like $50 or so, you can find the fluid online for like $25 if you can make something that will suck up escaping gas without getting too much coolant in the test fluid, or maybe a local shop has one and wont charge much to test

You definitely have a problem with the head. You had it shaved and since then the water has slowly been leaking out. That is definitely the problem. A head warps from both angles, And when you shave it it causes sharp angles that the MHG cannot conform to, so there is a little space for the water to leak out of. Get a new Head and new gasket and problem will be solved. Dont shave the new head down either.

The gasket kit in the car is Durapro... I haven't heard of them but the Kit Number is BK430TT. Are these gasket kits MonoTorque? What is the difference between monotorque and others?

I dunno but I would get a new head and new gasket and seals set for the head, If you want to fix your radiator problem.

I have a new radiator for a year now, but I don't know the condition of my heater core, I just hope it's fixable as I had work done to the head... I have to look at all the hoses to see the condition of them as well :(
