What spark plug do you run in your set-up? From what I understood, I should go with a step-colder copper plug at .032" gap. Is this true?
thanks, Donnie

That, or NGK Iridium if you don't wanna change it that often.

I have Denso Iridiums; I guess I could drop the gap. But is there an advantage to using copper plugs (since they're cheap and easy to swap on our cars)?

NGK V-Power's....BPR6EY-11....That's one step colder than stock, which is a BPR5EY-11. Both actually worked great on my 6MGTE setup.

Any disadvantages to running a 1 step colder plug on a turbo'd 5m or 6m?

not reely, the colder plug will keep detonation at bay pretty well. So if your running high boost...or a borderline fuel system, I would use the colder plug.
