Gee,it looks like all that you need is a 7M/MK III ECU and wiring spaghetti.
The '82 ECU is WAY different.

The '82 does not have TCCS, therefore the '82 ECU controls only fuel but not spark. In 1983 Toyota introduced the Toyota Computer Control System (TCCS). TCCS controls the EFI and the ignition system (spark). I have swapped out 5me engines from older (1981) Supras that did not have TCCS with newer 5mge engines but I used the old '82 5mge distributor with vacuum advance instead of newer electronic spark advance and then also kept the older style ECU without TCCS to manage the newer 5mge that I swapped in (so that I didn't have to change out the wiring harness). So I was running a 5mge engine with a 5me ecu and wiring harness. The 7mge never had the vacuum advance option. Without vacuum advance you have to use a engine management system that controls spark in addition to fuel. So I think your best bet would be to use an aftermarket engine management system unless you have a donor car with complete 7mge and wiring harness and ecu.
