    Flooded Backyard

Gonna be dragging waterlogged boxes out of the garage next week once this water goes down.

It stopped raining here an hour or so ago, but there's more coming in tonight.

Sorry for the water, hopefully there isn't allot of damage to your stuff. We just had 4.65 inches today here in Alabama but more importantly didn't get any tornados! Hopefully your drought situation is getting fixed but you don't need it all at once though.

Damn, that's like all-time our record snowfall a few weeks ago, in liquid form.

I grew up in Illinois, so I know a thing or two about tornados!

We're already above our 'average' rainfall for the year, and February is normally our wettest month, so we've got a bunch more coming.

Wow, sorry for having to deal with that. Is that spoiler going to be in the flood sale?
Been very warm by me with some flood warnings from all the snow melting. Hopefully my sump will keep up...

    HAH!

No, not for sale. That may or may not get put back on the car.

I kind of slick the "slick back" look of the car without the spoiler.

It hasn't been this bad since 2009 when I moved in here. At that time I almost went to Harbor Freight and bought a gas-powered "trash pump" and some hose. I was just gonna pump it out to the street.

My wife looked at it yesterday afternoon and said it was a good thing I didn't use the expensive bag of grass seed I bought to reseed the back yard, as it all would have floated away!

I'll guess that the rental places are OUT of sump pumps by now.
The only other thing is a drill-driven pump and a 3/4" garden hose or a washing machine
    pump.
