WTB: 79-81 auto tranny, or everything for 5-spd conversion
hi, looking for used/rebuilt automatic transmission for '80 Supra, preferably off certifiably low-mileage car, or everything for a 5-spd conversion, tranny, clutch, pedal, shifter etc. thx!

I have no idea if the complete package would work for you, but I have an 81 Celica Sunchaser, 5-speed just sitting here. Tranny is fine, also the clutch is OK. All you might need is the correct bell housing to do the swap.

I have the auto from my '81 MKI supra - it had around 80K original miles on it when I pulled it out to do the 7M-GTE/ W-58 swap. E-mail me if interested....

The A43D that Damon is offering will work fine, but just be aware that there are some subtle/minor differences in the gear ratio's. If you want something that has identical ratio's, then the A40D that Devin is offering is the one. Up to you!!!Chris Eng
