    1980 toyota supra not mine

I located about 60 miles away from me a 1980 toyota supra Anybody interested I will look at it for you. The car is being sold by the original owner for $6800 . I am not sure what they are worth sounds really high to me. I contacted the person she is the little old lady type. She said the car is practically brand new with no rust. Just thought I would let everybody know. I found it on cars.com

    Kevin,

Can you post the link for it???

    Pictures???

$6.8K????????? It better be perfect & have less than 20K miles!!! 4 years ago, when Nix99 first got the Silver Slug & it only had 48K miles (and it was in great condition (see the pictures in the Picture Forum), Don Culbertson ran the car through KBB. At the time, it came back as $2.9K $6.8K is WAAY steep!!!!

1979 was the first year. the MKI (celica supra) was in production for three years 79-81

And $6500-6800, whatever to WAAAAAY to steep. If the lady sales her car for that much I'm going to put my MKI for that much and make a $5000 dollar prophet...

I agree. I think its $4000 too high , but theres a buyer for everything. Just doubt 6500. What are you going to do with it. Use it as a comuter car no collector car maybe but not a good investment. Now a 68 camaro RS/SS thats a different story. Well I hope one day people say that about my 30th anniversary trans am

Devin, do you still have all the 5-spd tranny parts to your 1981 celica supra? (shifter, clutch pedal, clutch, tranny...) I wanted to help cannabilize the beige metallic '81 in SanFran, but seems someone offline beat me to it.

and what would you be asking for your 1980 5 speed? (got pics?) :-)
