MK1 parts needed
Here is a list of some things I could use for the 81:
Good door panels
Good rear armrest panels
original rear louver
original side louver mountings
good b-pillar panels (mine are milky)
Now for some parts for the engine suggested from here on the board:
82 AFM
84 coil and ignitor
82 ecu
LSD
7mgte clutch fan
Possibly a 5mge throttle body. Damon stated it might bolt up to the 5me unit.
I will be needing these soon since I have about a month to work on the engine before the car goes off to the paint shop. Please pm me if you can help.

Thanks for all the suggestions on swapping in a 5mge. I have decided to wait on that and just try to get a little more from the original engine for now.

Interior items. What color are you looking for???
And for the door panels, are you looking for ones for a Cloth interior, or Leather?? Yes, their are differences.Chris Eng

Hey guys. Josh, PM me with info on the Bpillars. Chris, I have a tan leather interior. The door panels are all one color with the carpet on the bottoms. The vinyl has pulled away from the rear armrests like all other MK1's I've seen over the last few years. But, I still would like to have an extra set so I could get them recovered. My door panels are still nice other than the 2 tweeter holes I made when I was a youngster. Now, I would like to put it back original mostly. Thanks guys.
