I fancy myself much of a cook, sadly. "...if she ever reads this.."hahahaha ah hahahahaha....", I know there are more important things....that wagon needs a trailer hitch....

Trailer hitch... Definitely! Only Class I hitches are mass produced. I will have to get a custom Class II hitch made for it. I have not completely worked that part out yet. Initially, I was thinking of a roll pan with a hitch sticking out through it. Now I'm thinking of a custom bumper/hitch type deal. I have a lot of time to figure that part out though.

Being a cook is not sad. I think I'm a pretty good cook and I enjoy it! That's why my lady is OK with not being a great cook. She knows that if I want something, I will just make it myself.

    ***edit***
Just happened to read this post today and realized that I should update it. My new lady (fiance) is a great cook! LOL!

Ahhh... Good point. All I have been thinking is... I'm wasting 2 to 3 weeks painting the block. There are some many other things to do. Now that doesn't mean I would be doing any of those other things.

Haha Haha... Dude... If she only knew...

I have to do some major restoration on the wheels. I would like to them to have polished lip with blue anodized face. That certainly depends on the cost and if it is even possible.

Nope. None of the US/Canada spec wagons came with a manual trans at least from 1985 - 1987. Besides that, very few sedans came with a manual trans. Actually, I bought a factory 5 speed from CA to do my swap. My Cressida friends wouldn't let me destroy the car. I sold it to another Cressida guy and got all of the parts I needed for my swap (and some). I'm glad I sold it because it would have been a shame to destroy it. 1986 Cressida factory 5 speed, rust free CA car with TEMS, 3.73 LSD, leather and headlight washers. (The headlight washers are rare or US Cressidas too.)

Here's the 5 speed next to another wagon that I had.
