Haven't been here in so long I almost forgot my password! Had to sign in and say how fascinating your build is! I ALWAYS wanted to see the bumper removed like that, and I love it! Just when I couldn't get enough, you broke out the louver! So glad I stopped by, this made my day! Keep at it man, we all know the serious time that goes into our projects, begging for some rear angle pics whenever you can get em! Sub'd!

Had to revise the clutch, needed to shorten the bell and adaptor plate to get more spline into the second clutchplate, in total almost 3/4" of length machined off over 4 surfaces.
Clutch master is 3/4" bore but I think it needs another 1/16th as it takes near the full pedal stroke.
I see how it goes in the car.

Another shot since I have one.
It's a long project but that's how it is, hope you all are enjoying the ride anyway.

Been thinking about removing the back seat to make a compartment for the battery and sound system.
The hatch/rear window was made to allow people to sit in the rear, not providing for passengers head space I could do a better version and another louvre too.
1st priority is to get it going,
having said that, yesterday I picked up another hood to be turned into hatch V.3
Picked up another front grille too, just hate to see this stuff go to the crusher but I can't buy it all.

Took 3 nights to fit these headers, snigg the engine 1" sideways to get them in, most of the 24 bolts could only be turned 1/4 at a time and the threads were tight all the way, upside is they shouldn't shake off.
