    People are so ignorant =(

this makes me want to keep my leadfoot off the gas pedal for awhile. The other day I was driving towards downtown doing 55 in a 55 and we drove up a long side a Kia Sephia being driven by Mexicans ( no offense to anyone lol ), they started to inch forward, so we inched forward...still in 5th gear my fiance floored it keeping nose to nose with the Kia. The road was strangely quiet for that time in the afternoon. Anyway, he finally shifted down to 4th gear to get a few feet past the Kia who was romping the hell out of his car. It was like a 2 minute race and where we were driving it's a highly police prone area and I think we had to be doing 70-80mph by the time my fiance shut it down. A street light up ahead turned yellow and he slammed on the brakes- we saw someone coming the other way that was trying to make a left turn into our path. If we hadn't shut down, we'd have surely hit him, the other IDIOT in the Kia kept on going, seemingly thinking he'd won the "race" and almost flew right into the turning car, through the light without ever hitting his brakes. I'm so glad nothing happened but I wish people would have more sense about them when doing stuff like that. You HAVE to know when to shut it down even if it means making the other driver think he's won. Who the hell really cares who won or not as long as you're still alive

YES!! Please be responsible drivers!! I know we all like to have fun, but having fun and being irresponsible is not worth it. :?

May we not have anymore wrecked Supras so long as we live :uk: :canada: :aus: :nz: :us:

I'm so glad you both are ok, sounds like it could've been bad

I was at Phil's this weekend picking apart my supra (pause *sniff*) and I was rear-ended so hard that the frame in the middle of the car was bent  I know that doesn't have to do w/ having fun but everybody just be careful!

Agreed. I was following a friend of mine in a truck too closely, he hit the brakes and I ended up putting my pass. headlight in my engine compartment, made my radiator S-shaped, wasted the front bumper and fenders. Ouch, that sucked! Moral of story: be careful!!
