    Will these mounts position the engine to simply mount to W58 in its stock position?

    Yes they will. I had a set made and fit perfect

    I know this is an ancient post but i need to know how these mounts will go if im using the v160 gearbox. On Wilbo's website it says it works with the w58 and the r154 nothing about v160.

    The Xcessive Manufacturing JZ mounts have a slider design so you can slide the motor forwards and backwards to accommodate the transmission mount.

    Yeah they look good. Do you know if they creep forward or back in time due to them being slotted that way?

    I don't have any personal experience, but I would assume having the transmission bolted to the cross member would prevent any forward or backward movement.
