Single nozzle and and yes kinda wet not the same as NOS. You premix methanol and nitromethanol in a tank that is controled by the ECU to turn on and amount of spray by a controller that came with the kit that sprays more or less depending on vaccum. Also for the pully I had the whole bottom end rotating assebly balanced together including the pully I figured doing this would compensate for the lack of dampening? This motor is not for street use will be going to the track only.

Also not going to be running heater/ iscv, or heated throttle body now can i remove the hard lines plug up the holes and just route the lines out of the back of the head into each other just making a loop. Block off the line coming out of the intake runners and block off at water pump housing and the return line on thermostat housing? This way the water would be going through the engine and radiator only.

Yes just block off the heater and only have the water in the head and the radiator.
I did that on both of my engines.

I also have it all balanced in my engines, but it aint true that dampening aint nessecary when it all is balanced.

The engine will make a lot of vibrations in high rpm and it is those vibrations that can be seriously dangerous for the cranck and other parts.
Have you seen the pic of my custom pulley?

I know a guy who have been dragracing a old corvette, he had a alluminium pulley mounted without dampening and the pulle was destroyed after a few run.

He simply had to cut it in pieces to get it of the crank again.

I had NOS on mine with 6 foggers, wet system.
    It was powerfull :-).

The 250-300whp is that with og without the methanol mixture?

    best Regards Jens Pedersen

Yeah ive followed your thread on here for a while. I'm a lurker i chose to read what people do and there results and follow certain people like urself. Now as for pully might just have to put mine up for sale and get an ATI one instead. and 250-300hp with the methanol mixture. From timing advance from alchol and the power adding of the nitro I believe i can pull 50rwhp from using that. So really it would be around 210 to 220 on pump gas and then spraying that would allow me the extra hp I need to get that hp number. The people helping me with this do put out 2500hp out of a 4 liter engine with boost and alchol nitro but they dont seem to think that 250 300 is a far stretch. Nitro puts out so much more power than gas that just a little added in could give me pretty decent gains

There you go, that explains it. I don't know why they balance at 43 psi instead of 38, but it doesn't really make much difference, as long as they all match. They are indeed 295cc though.

Yeah, another vote to stick to a dampened pulley from me. I know people who have run solid pullies on M motors and they had to revert back to the stocker. Those ATI pullies look modular to me. I bet you if you contact them they could make you one that just has the waterpump\alt belt lines on it, or PS as well but no ac.

The AC belt on those pullys can be taken off. You can run with AC or without i believe there are just a few allen bolts holding on the ac serpentine on. and its fine there 295's I'll be upping the pressure to achive the fuel amounts i need which in return will give better atomization then running a bigger injector.

ya, they rated the injectors differently, 295cc were done at 36psi base. and 440cc were also done at 36psi. but the 315's were done at 43.5psi so 440s are actually 480 at 43.5psi

So just about to start the porting later today. While talking to my friends shop they are giving me the impression that for the most part I shouldnt touch much of the ports just match the gaskets and smooth rough casting marks but other wise the orginal casting is good to leave in there for an NA engine instead of smoothing the whole thing with the porting kit. Any input?
