Why not just buy a new one?

$150 ought to get one to your door...

NP. Cooling is important, and re-buying used parts sucks.

Best of luck, keep an eye on that temp gauge.

Rockauto has two aftermarket ones listed at $111 and $137 plus shipping. A radiator shop that actually fixes radiator can likely fix the stock one since its all brass.

That is dirt cheap for a new one. Go for it. You will then have a chance to be sure that your water pump, fan clutch is fine and clean out all of the crap that gets stuck in there.Hoses,too.Shroud.
