sorry that I´m asking but I read this 19.Sides a few times but my confusion will be not better.
You all have diffrent Setups with Brakes and Suspension and different wheel sizes.
I would like to order the RB´s these days in front 8,5x17 ET4 and rear 9,5x17ET -19 (the same Size as Guido has) but can I drive them on my P-Typ, all original, with Tyre Size 235/40 front and 255/40 rear without any Problems or Tyre Rubbing?
Next Step ist to Mount a TechnoToy Coilover Suspension front and rear - possible or not?
Sorry for all the questions but we have maybe 20 - 25 Supras here in Germany and it´s difficult for us to Change anything on These cars because you Need for all a TÜV-certificate :sadsmilie.
Thank for your help.
Wolfgang
i run 225/45 in front and 245/40 on the rear without problem and enought place for the strut to work without trouble !
i guess your tires will fit without rubbing
Sorry for anyone who's trolling both posts and sees this twice. I posted this in "wheels and tires", but figured i'd post in Rotas as well.
Put these on for Nationals last weekend. Had the wheels sitting in my living room for 3 months in their shipping boxes, but just got the tires bought and mounted a week before the event. Drove it to work and back one day before leaving for Oregon. I had all of 20 miles on this setup before leaving.
Rota RB's in the front. 17x7.5 (+4) wrapped in 235/45ZR17 BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW 2's.
Rota RBR's in the rear. 17x9 (+4) wrapped in 275/40ZR17 BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW 2's.
Rear fitment still has the 20mm spacer to kick the wheel that far out. It's a bit excessive, but it's been met with MUCH praise. People really have liked the stance of it.
Pretty deep lip...
I wish the glare wasn't so bright on this, but it's my new favorite pic...
Nice to know about the Rota wheels. Its good to use and of different sizes. But i am not using it till right now but now i would like to buy a pair to test these wheels.
Hi . is there any photos still left of those 8.5x17 et4 rb:s on stock p-type fronts
