Thanks I have spent a lot of time building my suspension. Now stance or some one just needs to make some real coil overs for our car instead of swapping them from something else or the cut and shortened way I did it

The angle of your control arms is irrelevant. Ideally you want to use an RCA to get the angle of your LCA back to where it would be at stock ride height, but if you don't have enough RCA to compensate, you want to get your tie rods as close to level as possible when the car sits on the ground at its final ride height.

I could be wrong i was not on an alignment rack and I have modified control arms but when messing with it in the the drive way it seemed like the T3 tie rod ends heims hit the control arm before rack was maxed.

Figured I'll ask this here. I have a set of these with tie rods I havent installed yet. When I install it, how will I or a shop know where to align it to? My car is slammed with massive camber in the front. Anyone have any specs?

Depends on what you want out of your car for an alignment you need, a good shop should know how to set it up. Mines set up for drifting so I am running -4.5 degrees camber something like 7 degrees of caster and 0 toe but this would not be how you would want it for grip driving. Also before you install them take them to a drill press and drill the inner hole out so the tie rods ends fit through. If you try and put it through now it probably will not go through the inner hole. Suprafeind should have good advice on a alignment set up might want to ask him what he's running.

These pieces only affect toe, leave your toe at stock specs, theres little performance to be gained fiddling around with front toe. The idea with toe generally is you set a touch of toe in so that when you're driving at speed, the compliance in your bushings and suspension is going to make your wheels toe out a little and you want 0 toe at speed. Too much toe in will result in premature tire wear, too little will result in darty handling as well as excess wear.
For camber (which you will need camber plates to adjust), stock specs are fine if you drive your car fairly tamely on the street. An extra degree or two is nice if you're an agressive driver and tend to tackle twisty roads at high speeds on a regular basis. Anything over -3 deg on the street is just going to wear out the insides of your tires.
As for castor, my experience is dialing in more just made my car slower on the track, I'd just leave it stock.Black 86 mk2 Project Car

Absolutely correct; on welding the cast arms. I am a certified Millwright welder, have welded a lot of cast, but would never trust a cast weld on a steering arm. Or anything that might end up crashing my car & or killing me or someone else!
