i thought paypals policy was 30 days and after that your sol? i know it sucks, adn agree this guy needs to be taught a lesson, but even if they reward you a refund, youll prolly never get it as im sure he changed email addresses already. btw, i recall calling paypal over a year ago. its a call center in india. they wont help you even if you can contact them. i got hung up on 3 times trying to find out why ebay charged me an extra $50 after i sold a set of pistons. never got that $50 back and have never sold anything on ebay since and plan to never do so again.

I guess you're right. I don't really care if I get the hood at this point, it's just the principle.

I'm asking San Diego members to check out his store since he supposedly has a store front. If he is dead or something, then I would understand not receiving the hood. That's all I want to know.

The guy I'm dealing with was never on the forum. After I paid for the thing, all contact shifted from David to Alfonso(supposedly the shop owner).

Checked it out that exact address doesn't seem to be there but there seems to be a lot of unmarked buildings and vacant lots so it may or may not have been in the area sorry couldn't be anymore help

I googled mapped it via earth view and street view and you could tell there wasnt anything really there just from that. Could of done that 1st. Sorry AChan

Someone mentioned to me that there was nothing there via google maps as well. I was able to see some buildings, so I was hoping if anyone checked it out in person, those buildings might have been the place. Oh well...
