Just added my votes!
AND... If you use your smartphone in either 3G or 4G mode, you can vote a second time!!! I had my phone teathered to my home Wi-Fi network and it told me I had already voted. So I turned off my phone's Wi-Fi and went back and got to vote a 2nd time!
